Sarah Bristow (BA Hons) studied at Loughborough and Norwich Schools of Art where she trained as a designer / illustrator, a background which has proved invaluable for designing in glass. She was awarded and exhibited with European Illustrators whilst still training.

Glassworks Studio in Norwich was established in 1987 from where she designs and constructs glass commissions to be incorporated in commercial, church and domestic projects working alongside architects , planners and private clients.
A range of techniques are offered at Glassworks Studio; engraving, sandblasting, acid etching, and specialising in staining and painting glass. The studio has been filmed for Anglia Television and has featured in magazine and newspaper articles.
